Anna Davis

Anna May Davis, 81, of Factoryville died Thursday at Regional Hospital of Scranton. Born in Scranton on Sept. 21st, 1932 the daughter of the late George and Lillian Hutchins Race. Anna married the late Robert Earl (Fib) Davis whom died on Feb. 3rd, 1996. Prior to retirement Anna worked for Allied Services in their Workshop division. She enjoyed swimming, walking but most of all she enjoyed time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Preceded in death by her brothers and sisters: Arthur, Roy, Donald, George, Willis and sisters Doris and Esther. Surviving are two daughters Donna Fessenden and Patty Welenc; two sons Robert E. Jr. and Michael all of Factoryville; eight grandchildren and three great grandchildren; sister Susie Major and two brothers Ernie and Alfred. Funeral Service will be Tuesday evening at 7pm from the Anthony P. Litwin Jr. Funeral Homes, Inc. 33 Reynolds St. Factoryville with Pastor Paul Bell of Parker Hill Community Church officiating. Interment will be private and at the convenience of the family at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery Annville, PA. Friends may call at the Funeral Home on Tuesday an hour before service time, 6 p.m.
