Barbara J. Kaub (Townsend)

Barbara J. Kaub, 68, of Factoryville died Nov. 22, 2018 at Allied Services Hospice Center, Scranton. She was born in Scranton on Jan. 1, 1950; the daughter of the late Wilfred and Janet Petersen Townsend.

Barb was a member of Factoryville United Methodist Church and worked as a Secretary at Moses Taylor for 48 years. She enjoyed her trips to Lancaster.

Surviving along with her husband of 42 years, Frank Kaub, are a son Kevin Kaub of Clarks Summit, two daughters  Kimberly Kaub of Scranton and Kara Krasner of Fleetville; two granddaughters Layla and Delaney; two sisters Carol Townsend and Sharon North both of Factoryville; two brothers  Rev. William H. Townsend of New Milford and James Townsend of Fleetville.

Memorial Service will be Wednesday Nov. 28, 2018 at 4 pm at the Factoryville United Methodist Church, 162 College Ave. with her brother, Rev. William H. Townsend and Pastor T.J. McCabe officiating.  Friends may call at the Church from 2-4 pm. Arrangements by Anthony P. Litwin Jr, Funeral Homes, Inc.
