Carol Ransom

Carol Joan Ransom, 51, of Tunkhannock passed away at the Allied Hospice Center on April 25, 2018.  She was born in Tunkhannock on Feb. 7, 1967 and she was the daughter of the late Harold and Joan Layaou Ransom.

Carol was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of the Latter Day Saints.

The family would like to thank all friends and care givers for helping Carol throughout her life.

Carol is survived by brothers; Richard “Skip” Ransom and wife Paula of Springville, Brad Ransom of Falls, Brent Ransom and wife Elisabeth of Tunkhannock and sisters Brenda Lanham and husband Archie of Louisiana, and Renee Hunsinger and husband James of Tunkhannock, and 3 aunts and many nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held at the Harding-Litwin Funeral Home 123 W. Tioga St. Tunkhannock on Sat. at 11am.  A viewing will be held from 10am until the time of the service.  Interment will follow at Sunnyside Cemetery.  For online condolences or directions visit www.aplitwinfuneralhomes. com
