Carol D. Williams (Benninger)

Carol D. Williams, 78, formerly of Dalton died Monday February 24, 2025 at Mid-Valley HealthCare Center, Peckville. Born in Binghamton, NY on May 1, 1946 the daughter of the late William and Margaret Westbrook Benninger. Her husband the late Willard Williams died in 2019.

Carol loved her time being the Lunch Lady at Lackawanna Trail High School and enjoyed working at the Waverly Country Club. In her free time she enjoyed listening to Elvis while she was baking or doing her knitting.

Surviving are a sister, Audrey Draper of Dunmore. Two children, Bill (Brenda) Cosner of Ohio and Gloria Stryweski of Dunmore. Two granddaughters Nichole Benedict of Springville and Tori Hallisey of Clarks Summit. Five great grandchildren. Six stepchildren, step-grand and step-great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.

Funeral Service will be Friday at 6pm from Anthony P. Litwin Jr. Funeral Homes, Inc. 33 Reynolds St, Factoryville. Friends may call at the funeral home from 4-6pm. Interment at Fairlawn Cemetery, Dalton
