Chris Brown

Chris Anthony Brown, 41, passed away at his home in Old Forge on July 13th and is now at peace in the loving arms of the Lord. He was born February 13, 1981, in Tunkhannock, Pa.

Chris grew up in Auburn Center and attended  Elk Lake School. Chris worked in Stone Quarries for many years and in recent years worked landscaping which he enjoyed and was meticulous at.  He also worked construction and demolition jobs.

He was a loyal friend, always happy, he loved life and his family.

Chris was a big Eagles fan and enjoyed football games. He also enjoyed long walks the beach riding 4 wheelers, bonfires and spending time with his cousins, especially “lil cuz” Eric. He had a love for Hungarian bacon.

He is preceded in death by his paternal Grandfather Wilbert Brown. His Step Grandfather Alfred Dymond, Maternal Grandmother Frances Hemmerly and Aunt Dianne Hemmerly

He is survived by his parents Jocetta and Randy Brown, Mooresville, NC Brother Nick Brown and wife Alexis, Austin TX, Sister Randi-Jo Neipp, husband Kirt. Mooresville, NC, a Niece, four nephews. Maternal grandfather Sterling Hemmerly, Paternal Grandmother Jane Dymond. Numerous. Aunts, Uncles and cousins.  A Celebration of life will be held in his honor at a later date.  Harding-LItwin Funeral Home will be handling the arrangements.
