Evelyn Grace Forba

Evelyn Grace Forba, 72, of Tunkhannock passed away at her home surrounded by her family.  She was born in Scranton on Mar. 23, 1949, and she was the daughter of the late John and Margaret Gilmore Graham.

Evelyn was married to Warren Forba and she was a registered nurse.  She also was a member of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her son; Scott Forba and wife Erin O’Connor of Bloomfield NJ, brother John Graham of Atlanta, GA sisters; Marcella O’Callaghan and husband Leo of Southampton, NY, Margaret Graham of Manhattan, NY, and soon to be grandchild.

A blessing service will be held at 11am on Wednesday Oct. 6th from the Harding-Litwin Funeral Home 123 W.
