Gary Thomas Rolles, 78, of Fleetville passed away unexpectedly on Monday, June 29, 2026.

He was born on July 5, 1947, in Scranton, the son of the late Hayden and Annette Rolles.

Gary graduated from Scranton Technical High School, Johnson Technical Institute, and Lock Haven. He proudly served his country as a sergeant in the army during the Vietnam War, and was honorably discharged in 1969. He dedicated his career working at Sandvick Steel, and finished his career at Cinram, formerly known as Specialty Records.

Gary loved fishing, hunting, and spending time at the lake. He cherished every moment spent with his grandchildren and was incredibly proud of each of them.

He was preceded in death by his brother, George Rolles, and sister-in-law, Mary Rolles.

Gary is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Joanne (Broadbent) Rolles, his son, Daniel Rolles and his wife Nadine; daughter, Lori Ganser and partner Frank Summa; grandchildren Hunter and Logan Rolles, and Dylan Ganser; his brother-in-law, Roger Broadbent and his wife Donna; and his lifelong friend, John Dennebaum; in addition to numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A private memorial will be held for the family. Arrangements by Anthony P. Litwin Jr. Funeral Homes Inc.
