Genevieve Drake

Genevieve E. Drake, 89, of Olyphant died Wednesday morning at Lackawanna Health and Rehab Center, Olyphant. Born in Scranton on April 14th, 1925; the daughter of the late Lester and Helen Thompson Driesbaugh. Her husband John Drake died in1971. She was a housecleaner and bar tender for many companies in the area. She is survived by three daughters: Linda Micklo of Dickson City; Carol Kudaski of Olyphant and Donna Gabert and her husband Wally of Hop Bottom. Two sons: John Drake of Olyphant and Douglas Drake of Old Forge. Two Grandchildren Frank Micklo and his wife Karla and Jennifer Micklo and her friend Matt Bevan and three great-grandchildren Nathan, Kyle and Violet. Funeral service will be Sunday at 5pm from the Anthony P. Litwin Jr. Funeral Homes, Inc 33 Reynolds St., Factoryville PA with Rev. Paul Fields officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home an hour before service time. Interment at Shoemaker Cemetery, Dalton.
