Giuseppe Joe Massari

Giuseppe “Joe” Massari, 83, of Tunkhannock, died Saturday morning at the Gold Living Center, Tunkhannock.

He was born Aug. 25, 1932 in Italy and he was the son of the late Antonio Massari.   Giuseppe was a supervisor of the Endicott Johnson Shoe company.  He enjoyed hunting, fishing, watching sports, and spending time with his family.

In addition to his parents Giuseppe is preceded in death by his wife the former Margaret White who passed away in 2002.

Giuseppe is survived by sons, Joe and Antonio; daughters, Lena Bennett and Cindy VanDermark, all of Tunkhannock; and five grandchildren and 1 great grand son and many family members from Italy.

Funeral services will be held  Wednesday at 11am from the Harding-Litwin Funeral Home 123 W. Tioga St. Tunkhannock with DEACON Raymond A.  Pieretti officiating.
