Gordon B. Holland Sr.

Gordon B. Holland Sr., 86, of Nicholson died Thursday morning October 20, 2022, at Geisinger C.M.C., Scranton. Born in Vestal, NY on July 6, 1936; the son of the late Gordon and Letitia Cobb Holland. His wife of 65 years is the former Barbara Gregory.

He Loved making his yard look good, always cutting and cleaning it up. He also enjoyed hunting and fishing.

Gordon was preceded in death by his sister Nancy Holland and son -in-law Donald Gorton.

Surviving is his four children: daughter, Debra Gorton of Nicholson; son, Gordon Holland Jr. (Chris) of Nicholson; daughter, Carol Holland of Florida; daughter Bonnie Spencer (Daniel Jr.) of Nicholson. 10 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.

Funeral Service will be Tuesday October 25 at 1 pm from Anthony P. Litwin Jr. Funeral Homes, Inc. 33 Reynolds St. Factoryville PA 18419 with Rev. Paul Fields officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday from 11 -1pm. Interment at Evergreen-Woodlawn Cemetery, Factoryville. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Factoryville Fire Company 412 College Ave. Factoryville PA 18419
