Harold L. Bedford

Harold L. Bedford, 86, of Laceyville formerly of Tunkhannock died Thursday Nov.23, 2023 at his home. Born in Forksville, Sullivan County on Feb. 15, 1937; the son of the late Merton and Sylvia Kilmer Bedford.

He graduated from Loyalsock High School and then joined the Airforce. He went on to work at Procter and Gamble Co. He loved woodworking.

Preceded in death by two wives June and Carol.

Surviving are his Ex-wife Glenda Parrish “Bush”; two daughters Carla Severs and her husband Larry of Utah; Darnell Husted and her husband Edward of Tunkhannock; three brothers Carl and his wife Audrey of Mehoopany, Boyd of Forksville and Bruce of Minnesota.

The Family would love to extend their gratitude to the staff at Allied Services In-Home Hospice especially Chris and Lindsey for the love and support that they had shown to Harold.

Funeral Service will be Friday Dec. 1, 2023 at 10 am with Pastor Glen Spencer Jr. officiating from Harding-Litwin Funeral Home 123 W. Tioga St, Tunkhannock friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday Nov. 30, 2023 from 6pm-8pm Interment at Bethel Cemetery, Forksville.
