Joseph Matthew Guydosh

Joseph Matthew Guydosh, 77, of Monroe Twp. passed away in Orbisonia, Pa on Nov. 25, 2021.

Joseph was born in Larksville on Mar. 10,1944 and he was the son of the late Michael and Margaret Elko Guydosh.  Joe was a graduate of the Larksville High School in 1962.  He worked at Procter and Gamble for many years.

Joe loved the outdoors, playing pool, hunting, and photography.  He was a member of the South Mountain Land Association of Noxen.  He served as the secretary and membership chairman.  He especially enjoyed his time with his good buddy Harry Sweppenheiser Jeepin in the backwoods.

In addition to his parents Joseph is preceded by his former wife Karen Guydosh.

He is survived by his daughter Candace and husband Bryan Sonnenberg of Orbisonia Pa, son Joseph Guydosh and wife Michelle of Nanticoke, brothers; Nicholas Guydosh and wife Sally New York, and David Guydosh Larksville, grandchildren; Jacob, Remi and Declan Sonnenberg and Allison and Hanna Guydosh, and several nieces and nephews.

A blessing service will be held on Wednesday Dec. 1 ^st at 7pm from the Harding-Litwin Funeral Home 123 W. Tioga St. Tunkhannock, Pa.  A viewing will be held from 5pm until the time of the service.  Interment will be private at the convenience of the family at the Nicholson Cemetery.  For online condolences or directions visit www.aplitwinfuneralhomes.com
