Joseph N. Popiwchak died Feb. 7, 2018 in Tunkhannock. A celebration of life will be held Friday Feb. 16, at 7pm from the Harding-Litwin Funeral Home 123 W. Tioga St. Tunkhannock with Pastor Richard W. Womer of the Tunkhannock Assembly of God Officiating. A visitation will be held from 5pm until the time of the service.
