Kathleen "Kitt" Ostrowsky-Bowman

Kathleen “Kitt” Mary Ostrowsky-Bowman, 60, passed away at her house May 10, 2021.  She was born on Aug. 31, 1960 and she was the daughter of George and Mary Bell Ostrowsky.  Kitt was married to Jaimie A. Bowman for 36 years.

Kathleen was a 1978 graduate of the Tunkhannock High School and she owned a Wine glass necklace business and was a Pharmacy Tech at Fitzgerald Mercy in Philly for 16 years

Kitt enjoyed gardening, crafting, spending time with family and friends, Boy Scouts, wine festivals, going on road trips and spending time with her animals

In addition to her mother Mary, she is preceded in death by a grandmother Winfred Bell, and a brother Kevin Ostrowsky.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by sons; Kris Bowman, Tunkhannock, and Kevin Bowman Clark Summit, brothers; Ed and Maryann Ostrowsky N.C., and Matt and Susan Ostrowsky Lewisburg, Pa.  She was an extended mother to many of her boys’ and daughters, and she was survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.

A visitation will be held Friday May 14 ^th from 6-8pm from the Harding-Litwin Funeral Home 123 W. Tioga St. Tunkhannock, Pa.  Interment will be held at the St. Bonaventure Cemetery Auburn.  A celebration of life will be held at a later date at the Lazybrook Park Tunkhannock.
