Kristen Yarnchak

Kristen Yarnchak, 53, of Scranton, passed away Dec. 31, 2021, in Scranton. Born in Scranton on April 2, 1968; the daughter of the late William Yarnchak Sr. and the former Margaret Grochowski of Scranton.

She attended Abington Heights and Scranton Schools, graduating from Scranton Tech.  She loved animals, her cats and dogs but most importantly loved being her mom’s companion.

Surviving is her fourteen-year-old daughter, who she loved very much; her brother William Yarnchak Jr. of Newton Twp. and his fiancé Susan Dunleavy Welsh.

Services will be private and at the convenience of the family. Interment at Saints Peter and Paul Cemetery in Taylor. Arrangements by Anthony P. Litwin Jr. Funeral Homes, Inc., Factoryville.
