Leon J. Turner

Leon J. Turner, Jr., 86, formerly of Quicks Bend, PA died Saturday, January 21, 2017 at the Golden Living Center in Tunkhannock, PA.  He was born August 25, 1930 in Quicks Bend, and he was the son of the late Leon, Sr. and the former Iona Brown.

In addition to his parents, Leon is preceded in death by a brother, Jackie Turner; sisters, Jane Bellinger and Amelia Otten.

Surviving are his two sisters, Julie Burgess, her husband, Jerry, of Bear Creek, PA; Marlene Feldner, her husband, Al, of Mendham, NJ.

Also surviving are many nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives.

Funeral services will be private at the convenience of the family.
