Mark Patrick Clancey

Mark Patrick Clancey, 62, of Henryville, died at Lehigh Valley Hospital – Pocono on Saturday, September 24, 2022.

Born in Scranton, on Nov. 27, 1959, he is the son of the late Jay Cordel Clancey who died Aug.19, 1980 and Donna Ellis Clancey Reese, who died May 22, 2022.

Patrick was of Catholic Faith. He served our country in the Navy as a Seabee. He worked for over 30 years in the drilling industry most recently at Warren George, Inc. Jersey City, NJ. He was a handyman that enjoyed working, gardening, cooking, and bonfires.

Pat is preceded in death by his parents, his son, Chris Clancey who died Jan. 3, 2010. Stepdad, Reese Reese who died Aug. 9, 2002.

Surviving, his wife Jacqueline Clancey; his children Caitlin Elizabeth, Ryan Patrick (Danielle), Brendan John (Erin Petrosky), Dylan Reese (Jenna Seese) all of the Pocono’s; two brothers, Michael Clancey (Melissa) of Limerick, and Steven T. Clancey of Factoryville; granddaughter Emilia Clancey; and several nieces, nephews and great nephews.

Blessing Service will be Friday, Sept. 30, at 12 noon at Anthony P. Litwin Jr. Funeral Home Inc., 33 Reynolds Street, Factoryville with Rev. Arbogaste Satoun presiding. Friends may pay their respects at the funeral home on Thursday Sept. 29 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Interment will take place at Evergreen-Woodlawn Cemetery, Factoryville.
