Ronnie "Bubba" Baker, age 67 of Tunkhannock, passed away on September 18, 2026 at the Wilkes-Barre Hospice Center after a short illness. He was born in Noblesville, Indiana the son of William Baker Jr. and Mary Simmons

He was retired for many years and was spending his time working in his woodshop. He loved to ride motorcycles and look at old cars. He liked to cook and was always trying out new recipes while watching old black and white movies or listening to old time rock and roll.

He was survived by his wife Deana Baker, two daughters, Elizabeth Dye and Holly Gerber, two stepdaughters Kristen Norris and Katelynn Balewski, and stepson Austin Darling. His sister June Baker, along with two aunts Ruby Cosby and Blondie Johnson, 5 grandchildren and 3 nephews

He was preceded in death by his parents, sister Judy Hiday and nephew Jason Hiday

Funeral services will be private at the convenience of the family.
