Ruth L. Herring

Ruth L. Herring, 88, a life long resident of Tunkhannock, passed away on Oct. 14, 2023 at the Wesley Village. She was born on August 23, 1935 in Tunkhannock, PA. Ruth was a devoted Catholic and was a member of the Nativity BVM Church. Ruth enjoyed spending time traveling with her husband and caring for her family. She was married to the late Samuel B. Herring whom passed away in 2018.

Surviving are her two children: daughter, Juliana Psak, and husband Thomas of Las Vegas, son, David Herring and wife Stacy of Tunkhannock and grandchildren Alexandra Psak, Samantha Psak, Stephanie Miller, Kristin Herring, and Sammy Herring, and three great-grandchildren.

A memorial mass will be held Friday July 12th at 10am from the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Church 99 E Tioga St, Tunkhannock, PA 18657.
