Sandy S. Penn (Hinkle)

Sandy Penn, 72, of Dalton died Saturday February 3, 2024, at Regional Hospital of Scranton. Born in Scranton on April 20, 1951, she was the daughter of the late John and Eleanor Johns Hinkle. Her husband is the late Norman Penn who died in 2011.

Sandy enjoyed playing bingo, needle point, reading and camping with her family.

Preceded in death by a sister Ellen M. Williams

Surviving is a daughter, Sharon Bray of Dalton; son, Norman Penn II (Roxanne) of Old Forge; granddaughter Faith Rivenburg; grandsons Norman Penn III, Joseph Penn and Clayton Bray; sisters Judy Balcerzak of Ohio, Alice Hokrein of Scranton and Jean Williams of Clifford.
