Stephen F. Boice

Stephen F. Boice, 76, of Sugar Run passed away on Dec. 22 ^nd , 2024, at the Embassy of Tunkhannock.  He was born in Wilkes-Barre on Mar. 31, 1948 and he was the son of the late Oliver and Maria Reed Boice.  Stephen was married to the former Linda Clark.  He was a 1966 graduate of the Tunkhannock Area High School and was a Farmer for the majority of his life.

Stephen enjoyed fishing, hunting, gardening, and spending time with his family. Farming was Stephen’s passion, as you could always find him working in his garden or telling a story about his past on the farm.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his second wife Martha Boice who passed in 2016, his daughter Nicole Boice who passed 2010, and a sister Sharon Scholz Serbel who passed 2002.

In addition to his wife Stephen is survived by; son Jeffrey Boice and Patricia Whitlock, of Jenningsville, daughter Brenda Everett of Tunkhannock, and a sister Diane Morrison and husband Spud of Jenningsville.
