Todd Shaffer
Todd Shaffer, 56, of Scranton died Oct. 22, 2015. Born in Scranton on April 7, 1959; the son of the late Llewellyn (Willy) L. and Ellen L. Cox Shaffer.
He was a cook for many local restaurants and worked as a florist.
Surviving is a brother Randy of Montgomery Village, MD.
Graveside service will be at Evergreen-Woodlawn Cemetery, Factoryville on Nov. 9 at 11am with Rev. Paul Fields II officiating. On-line condolences at Anthony P. Litwin Jr. Funeral homes, Inc. website
